MAIN CHARACTER
MOISES CALDERON: Born to a single mother named Sol, a religious fanatic who brainwashed Moises into believing there was a conspiracy against mankind, and it was up to him to expose it to the world. He was picked on by other children his age because of his mother’s odd public behavior, which continued well into his late teens. His mother was diagnosed with dementia at the age of forty eight and committed himself fully in caring for her. After his mother passed away at the age of 64, Moises goes out into the world intending to continue on his mother’s legacy by cleansing the earth of wickedness. Six foot two, 190 pounds, in his early thirties, wears a trench coat, beanie, and sunglasses. He sports long hair and a beard.
SUPPORTING CHARACTERS
FBI AGENT DAVID IGLESIAS: Born into a middle class family of three, his father ran the local supermarket while his mother worked as an editor for a political magazine. A very competitive young man growing up, he never backed down from a challenged to something that seems impossible to accomplish. He attended Yale and received his Bachelor Degree in law. He was recruited by the CIA and the FBI, but chose the FBI to help fight the war on terror at home. He is an honest agent who works by a strict code of ethics, which created some enemies within the bureau. He is asked by the head of the FBI to take on the Patron Saint Killer case. A name the media has given Moises. Iglesias is up to the task with his partner, Diana Jacobson. Six foot four. Tall and bulky. In his late thirties. Wears a traditional corporate suit. Well groomed conservative haircut and shaved.
FBI AGENT DIANA JACOBSON: Five foot eight, petite yet stern, early 30’s with short, red, hair. Born into a wealthy family of intellectuals who allowed her to fulfill whatever she desired. Her father was a professor at Virginia Tech and her mother was a librarian. She attended the best private schools and was inspired by Jodie Foster in Silence of the Lambs to become an FBI agent. This is where Iglesias and her hit it off. He loved the books, and she loved the film. She first met Iglesias at the academy. They dated for a time, but both were too dedicated to their jobs to ever build a serious relationship. They always work well together and Iglesias always asks her to help him with some of his cases. When Iglesias is asked to take on the Patron Killer Case, she sees this as an opportunity to move up in the Bureau.
FATHER WILLIAMSON: Born into a religious family, Williamson decided to pursue a life of chastity when he encountered an out of body experience after a deadly car accident at the age of ten. During the experience, he spoke to angelic creatures who told him he would play a major role in helping mankind move forward. Since the car crash, he dedicated his life to God and became a priest at the age of 25. He met Sol when she was a young woman. He was there when she gave birth to Moises. He did what he could to help Sol and Moises. When Williamson’s mother fell ill, he moved out of the city to care for her losing all contact with Sol and Moises. Years later, Moises visits Williamson in his private office to confess to him that he is the Patron Saint Killer. Five foot ten. Thin and frail. Mid 50’s. Hair is going grey and wears glasses.
SOPHIA: Born into a middle class family of four, she was known as the black sheep of the family. She was molested by her uncle at the age of six. She grew up angry, frightened, and disillusioned. She was then raped by a cousin of hers in a family get together at the age of 16. From 16 until her mid twwnties, her life spun out of control. She became an alcoholic, involved herself with insecure, jealous, boyfriends, and experimented with some hallucinogenic drugs. It wasn’t until she took Peyote, when she experienced a spiritual awakening. After the trip, she cleaned up her life and was able to let go all of the pain she had acquired in her young life. Dark skinned, long straight hair, with a giant, illustrious, smile.
